caitlyn shouldn't be able to trap the same target more than once every 5 seconds

Stop walking into the traps.

This already exists. You cannot trap another target until they move from the spot of the last trap. You cant chain trap someone.

Sure they may be cancer......But how the frig did u wind up doing that? Sure I've stumbled into two traps by accidentally flashing from one straight into another (was hilarious) but I understood that that was 1000% my fault.
