WTF is this literal ONE SECOND COOLDOWN DASH. I MEAN WTF. On top of that all of the other really strong stuff like her healing, repelling ability and %hp true dmg.

She does not need a nerf.
It's not a one-second cooldown. The cd is shorter that usual if it hits something, so if she's just using it as an escape instead of an engage, it's much longer.
