My thoughts? Viktor item 3151

With Azir nerfed to respectable levels, next champ who takes the throne is likely Viktor or Varus. My guess is Viktor

I would guess Varus is next, since I think they are looking to remove Grievous Wounds from all Champions (Katarina included).

So... Varus and the Morellonomicon would be my guesses.

No, Riot's going to make the statement that MF's update made her too powerful and oppressive. They'll revert the +150% Q bounce bonus from killing a Unit, and she'll be left the EXACT same champ as before except she can activate Strut with W so it can get broken by another caster minion, and she won't have GW.

they need to nerf the ratio on it or something

with devourer, Elise can now hit for 4.8 total AP ratio on just 2 auto attacks, others can instakill anyone
