I thought pre season would be when the 10 ban change was going to happen. I can understand if Riot is waitng until after the assassins have been play tested though.

it will probably never happen draft is already slow enough and it means that new players would need 20 champions to play draft which sucks

More than that, actually. There might be 130+ champions, but that doesn't automatically mean each of them can do any job. When given a role, you should select a champion that suits it. If expected to play a champion that suits your role and considering how many champions suit it, you will need a specific and expansive champion pool from which to choose.

no you would need 20 because it would be possible that 10 of the champions you own are banned and 9 were picked and if you own 19 you literally have nothing to pick from thats why you cant play draft without 16 champions now because 6 could be banned and 9 could be picked
