Lulu Mana utillity is to low for an AP caster

Base Mana Regen = 1/2- > 1 = 9 = 6 (default)

Scaling Mana Regen = 1/2+ > 1 = +0.8 = +0.4

Base Mana 3/16 > 7/16 = 409.52 = 377.24 = 374 = 360.8 = 350.8 = 349.08 = 340.8 = 334 = 310.6 = 302.2 = 292.4 = 278.84 etc...

Base Mana Scaling 11/16 > = +64 = +60 = +56 = +55 = +50 = +45 = +44 = +43 etc...

Unlike her tanky friends. Lulu is kinda depended on her mana pool but still she scores pretty low in these levels. This will mean her lane bully potentional is almost non existant right now...

Thank god Lulu's lane bully potential is gated by mana. She would be extremely oppressive if she didn't have to worry about mana. Long range poke combined with waveclear and strong disengage is not the healthiest combination.

Mana is one of Lulu's weaknesses. I rather see a strength buffed than a meaningful weakness taken away.

Squishy, high cooldown, low base movement speed, high mana costs, ...

What non weaknesses are you talking about (in the support role).

Some unique strengths of Lulu support:

Peeling against assassins (ult, polymorph, reveal)
Helps teammates initiate (movespeed boost, ult)
Can support any role effectively (helps tanks initiate, bruisers stick to targets, peels for mages and marksman, helps assassins find picks and escape)
Can reliably disable a single fed enemy (targeted polymorph, ult knockup, heavy slows)

Yes, those are all mid-late game strengths. And she happens to have better mana scaling than most supports. I think Lulu's true strengths are after the laning phase. So I deal with the mana problems and the low movement speed, because I know I can be way more useful later on than the enemy support.

Yeah,that is problem.After half a year,i gave Lulu supp a run again.She still seems weaker compared to other utility supports but isnt really UP.Her biggest issue is definatly her mana pol and mana reg,I find myself buying Tear on her just to solve the mana problem,it´s kinda sad...
