Have Doran Blade give flat health on hit again
To make a long story short since I'm typing this on my phone. I believe that changing D Blade back to flat health on hit would help diversify adc itemization as lifesteal would be something you would need to really think about getting, it would help temper the IE rush because of this and it would make it fit with the other Dorans items since how and mana regeneration is now percentage based for all items but Shield and Ring.
