This was a Nunu. Who crit for 14 damage. Some attack..that could crit...did 4.666666667 damage.

Maybe it was on a tank :l (300+ armor?) and maybe said Nunu had 1% crit chance from runes

Hmm, 1% crit chance in runes versus: tank with item 3047 and item 3143 and a lot of armor, and Nunu hasn't built any AD (pretty common)? Maybe a tank like Alistar who has powerful % damage reduction as well.

just like death recap i doubt that end of game damage screens are 100% true
