Buff Tenacity

Tenacity is in a serious need of buffs. It doesnt matter that I take the Legend Tenacity rune, take the elixr of iron, and steraks gage. No matter how much tenacity you get all they need is a leona or naut and yoiu are cc'd for over 5 seconds soley from them. It is such a cheap and stupid strategy that doesnt have counterplay. QSS doesnt help when you're being constantly cc'd. Sure, get out of one...just to be thrown into another. Add more items with tenacity bonuses or buff legend tenacity or do something. At this point it is just unplayable when people cc you for 6+ seconds in a fight and you get to sit there and take it...
