What is the extent of trash talk I can do without being punished. I don't care about your opinions, trash talk is a part of every game.

Then how about you not post on a forum where people are going to give you their opinions.

Probably not the best idea to post on here, since its got to promote positive behavior, Reddit would be a better place.
BUT...
Trash talk is fine up until it becomes antagonising. Basically, imagine it was an irl sport. If an enemy player does something stupid, you are allowed to be like "lmao what was that?" but you wouldnt be able to go up to them and flat out laugh at them, and call them names and stuff over it.
Its much better to use gameplay though, kill an enemy then sit in the bush between their 2 towers and kill them again before they even get back to lane.
That sort of stuff is how to make peopel really mad
