NERF AP SHACO

It is so stupid that me, playing SETT with his 2k hp shield and visage and adaptive can take over 2k damage from him just fearing me once. His R should not be a 30 second cd late game, his Q should be a shorter distance and a longer cooldown AND less invisibility timer. He needs to be gutted into oblivion.
