Rework Ranked Queue

We need to rework Ranked Queue. Ranked queue is about winning, drafts is about fun. We need to force this concept by adding the following:

The ability to have your champ unable to be banned from teammates in ranked when hovered. Riot should ban people who pick trolls like janna jungle, this doesnt even happen that often and it just results in trolls wanting to get the game dodged by banning your hovered champion.

Remove autofill in ranked queues. Draft is for fun, ranked is for winning, Autofilling makes you lose. I get you should have to know your roles, but this is ranked. Im not here to climb by being a jungler. Im here to climb being MY role. A lot of players would agree to remove autofill as well.

maybe but what about if you learned some easy not really banned much jungler if you get autofilled in jungle?

Ok... remove autofill? Cool let's also remove the ability to choose your role since without autofill you would have hilariously long queue times if you are anything but support or jungle. Which would cause more people to stop playing ranked making queue times even longer which will then create this loop of self destruction and ranked would be a ghost town.

How would you consider something a "troll pick"? People run this champions in off roles all the time and do incredibly well at times. So why would we want that part of the game gone. And once again why would it be considered a troll pick to begin with? Everything is a "troll pick" until it finds success somewhere. People experimenting is a core part of the game and the only place where you can test this experiments fully is in ranked. You could be destroying with ashe mid in normals for instance but play her in ranked and you get destroyed all the time.

Also sorry but no, whether you hover a champion or not it literally means nothing to me or anyone else. I am sorry you want to pick the #1 contested pick in the game while being the very last player to choose a champion in the game. Sorry but that champion is getting banned simple as that. Sorry but I rather nobody get the champion than risk the enemy getting a champion that i consider too strong or just frustrating to deal with at the moment. You hovering a champion should not limit my ability to ban said champion. You don't like it? Well DEAL WITH IT!
