Kindred movespeed is too low

I really don't have much more to say about it really. I feel like I have to either buy Boots of Swiftness or put 3 points in utility and use movespeed quints just to be fast enough to even tag people with E. For a lithe, flexible archer of the jungle, it feels like she moves as slow as Nautilus or Tahm.

Maybe I'm completely off base here. Anybody else agree that she's kinda slow?

Usually Range champions are slower then melee lol.

Since she was made for jg I think she should have a little bit faster speed.
