A VERY slight nerf to Cinderhulk

I've seen plenty of complaints, and though I myself don't want it removed, there are valid arguments and examples that show just how overpowered Cinderhulk can be. So, I propose a slight nerf, but not total removal.

Cinderhulk would continue with its passive AOE damage, but it would no longer stack to deal extra damage(or at least, stack less). The area would also be slightly smaller. The bonus health percentage would be decreased to 10% to keep it worth it, but not totally overpowered.

That's about it, and I think most complainers would be happy.

EDIT: Okay, just to answer everyone complaining, I wasn't doing this for my sake. Honestly, I personally love Cinderhulk. Its amazing and I find no problem with it, but it seems like every tenth thread in gameplay & balance is about nerfing or removing Cinderhulk, so I just wanted to make something that didn't totally destroy the Cinderhulk item, but didn't keep it to the point that everyone raged over it.

A slight nerf is losing 5-10% of its power. You're talking about killing 60% of its passive health and hurting tank clears. That's actually quite extreme, and I hope you never get to balance a game.

The item isn't in a bad spot right now. Yes, tank junglers are strong. This can be fixed. Since Riot has a hard on for multiples of 5, they probably won't hit the %hp. Lowering the base is a safe way to reduce the item's power, as well as keep champs who aren't committing to tanky builds from building it. The other option is to examine the other jungle items, all of which are pretty terrible. Warrior gives good stats for physical champs, but might be a bit undertuned (5 ad back?). Magus needs some mana regen on it. Devourer is fucked.

Bullshit. The only people that think it is OP are the Lee Sin players that no longer have every game revolving around who can get the OP assassin tank support jungler first.

Not to mention, you want to reduce the damage, reduce the radius, and decrease the tank stats from it. Do you even English enough to know what "very slight" means?

They already nerfed it once, ANY more nerfs at all are gonna move junglers right back to the shit they were before cinderhulk. They need something to stay relevant..... harder jg monsters, jg item upgrade costs more now.... junglers need something. Its already like, if you dont get an early gank kill you're pretty behind. What's the point of beating a dead horse?

It doesn't work like that. They could easily nerf it and still keep it competitive. The jungle itself is largely fixed. At this point, it's a question of bringing AP junglers up, as well as minor buffs to AD junglers. Tanks need cinderhulk for their late game, and tbh, that %hp needs to be on something that can be built without smite.

The bonus health percentage would be decreased to 10% to keep it worth it,

...wait what?
