Alternative starting items for Renekton (other than Hydra)

Word of caution: there's no reason not to take Hydra if you aren't leaving top lane. If you want to use more teamwork, however, then these are some good alternatives I've found that you can try. Works in Plat II at least.

s + -> - Stupidly good anti-AD. Conveniently helps you ignore creeps as well, while simultaneously melting them. Also makes it safer to dive with your jungler. Rejuvenation beads with this much early armor make it tough to push out of lane.

(s, or a finished tank item) + ( or ) - Renekton recharges Shiv's passive stupidly fast with his multi-hit stun and his double dash. PD is just really strong right now and ignoring unit collision is a nice perk for a giant crocodile. No AD for abilities? No problem - these still give you a lot of DPS, and the MS helps you stick to people and roam faster and the AS helps charge your Fury faster for your stun. All you need to do before you get these is buy enough resistance or Doran's Blades for your DPS to mean something.
