Ive tried really hard to be optimistic about Aatrox

I've been a long time fan of Aatrox and I never had any issues with his old kit or playstyle

I was super excited about his upcoming changes when I heard about them and i've spent all day playing him to try and adjust

but i've had nothing but absolute failures and un-fun experiences. i can't think of a single situation where Aatrox comes out on top when so many people do his job better. i'm forced to play Jungler if i don't want to enter the mid game in the negative

the biggest single thing is that his passive no longer works unless you have a full blood well. if you walk away from a fight you just lose your revive. you're no longer safe even under tower if renekton chooses to dive you, you just die. old matchups that i know i could work around are just unwinnable

I really dont want to be a part of the negativity but i dont think i can be positive about these changes anymore

It's kinda sad that they thought this was actually going to work. He still suffers from the same problems of having difficult to hit CC, wanting too many different stats, and he's still completely feast or famine. In addition to that, they actually created more of a problem because of the passive situation.

It's not a negativity if every single player think it's negative. That just means it's the truth. No pos, no neg, it's just true. Aatrox's changes weren't for the better.

Don't worry about the downvotes tons of salty people pissed that aatrox is getting attention and that a rework can be bad

I'd say give it more time. If in 5 days he sucks, then maybe we talk about how much he might suck. So far you have only played 5 games on him since his rework and have built full AD in almost all of them. Maybe try a item 3053 or a item 3065
