Shower Thought: I don't think the things we're whining for will make us happy
The only time people give a shit about tanks is when they're broken, and if you're forced to play tanks due to the meta, that means you can't play your favorite champs or else you're griefing the game, no?
It's like how people whined about higher skill cap champs, but totally forget that NO ONE plays or even remembers
. Now that she isn't overtuned, no one gives a shit about a boring champ that doesn't bring anything new or exciting to the table.
Or like how people are mad about the jg. I mean, why should junglers be able to decide the flow of the early game with ganks AND be stronger mid to late game threats at the same time? Shouldn't they need to choose what they play into? Junglers will always be pivotal to a team's win, but why should I get in my feelings for how the jungle "feels weak" when they'll always be the stars of levels 1 through 6? Sure, they shouldn't be lower leveled than supports in pro games, but outside of crossing extreme lines...I don't think this is worth the outrage.
Like, if you really take a second and think on it, I don't think it's worth all the effort the community puts into these topics. We're still gonna get sick of the tank meta in 2 months, we're still never going to touch simpler/utility champs unless they're fan favorites like Garen or blatantly overtuned, and we're never going to escape the "better jg wins" meme because that's just how uneven odds work.
