Stopwatch Adjustments

So stopwatch seems to be an excellent generalist rune and it is not uncommon to see it on more than 5 people per game, especially in pro play. While there is nothing wrong with a rune being usable by every champion, I think it rewards players for taking it mindlessly just for the one time benefit it gives.

Suggestions:

  1. Broken stopwatches cannot be sold to the shop for gold, instead the player has to pay a fee if they want to get rid of it.

Purpose: The purpose of this is to punish people who get stopwatch, but have no intention of upgrading it. Stopwatch gives a good active and gold after you use it. This is all reward and no consequence, which makes it good for anyone to get it regardless of what they build.

  1. Unused stopwatches allow for cheaper upgrades than used stopwatches

Purpose: it logically makes sense that an unbroken stopwatch would be worth and contribute more gold to an upgraded item than a broken one. Also this rewards people for saving their stopwatch and encouraging them to upgrade it rather than sell it or use it randomly.

That would be a good start but it's cooldown should be increases from 6 minutes to 10 minutes so assassins can get an early lead.
