I know Riot has their own ideas that they'd like to see in their OWN game, but Jesus when your playerbase is complaining THIS much, something is definitely wrong
DankyNugz2 votesThe stun will no longer be land-able on mobile champs in lane, which I believe is the point. Veigar's true power is in the late game where he is the only mage capable of simultaneously zoning the front and back line of a teamfight. Now with his 200 range increase on Q and it's ability to hit 2 targets, this is not a nerf, but a buff. Slight nerf to ult damage won't have much of an impact. And the stun will still rek teamfights, just isn't insta-cast because it is quite cancerous the way it is right now.

They could make veigar's w deal 3x as much damage and it stilll wouldn't matter if he can't RELIABLY land his stun to follow up.
It's like removing 
's movement speed boost. Udyr can NEVER catch anyone/ save himself without it.
These champions can not be stopped with the new stun

Altricad1 votesThe problem is, dashes can be cast VERY fast for certain champions 
, well within ~.5 seconds if you're used to reflex actions.
Previously, veigar could throw out the stun, and if you dash THROUGH it, you get stunned anyway, now LeBlanc can perfectly avoid it EVERY time
