@Riot - Quinn's passive in Valor form has no effect. Why ?

It's :

  • A burst lost
  • A passive slot lost

Considering that her Valor form isn't very rewarding :

  • She loses her range
  • She loses her kite ability
  • Ennemies gain the ability to kite YOU
  • You're just a bit faster.
  • You get a finisher, well, quite good damages, but you lose Valor form.

---> No Quinn's passive

People saying "her ult is just here to chase the low life when teamfight is almost ended"

Mmmh. So her kit is :

  • a low damage with buggued blind (Q)
  • a vision supporting ability (W) (but with good steroïds)
  • a low damages E but still good because it procs her E (despite quite high cooldown)
  • an ult you can't use in teamfight (and high cooldown)

Her kit is far from being a complete kit, however i think her passive should be allowed in Valor form (or a valor passive like 3rd attack deals some damages). It would not make her "broken" at all, since it doesn't change her laning, just her stupid weak presence and threat in Valor form.

Quinn is fine.

Yes, Quinn is fine (aside from bugs), and Valor is in a pretty good spot, but he could still do with a passive

I had an idea for a passive: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/LgR1MABH-valor-passive-idea This would help make him a bit more durable for being built as a ranged AD, but wouldn't make him OP at what's already good at, which is chasing and assassinating. Another thing they could do is change how the execution damage is calculated on Skystrike. Currently, it deals the most damage when the target is already dead, while champs like Riven have the execute damage cap off at an earlier point

Sigh...

I don't think you understand the point of Valor. Valor is not meant to be durable, just fast and executey. Valor already has high movement speed, a slow, a blind, a missing health % finisher, and you want to pile durability on top of it? Really?

Your point behind that change is that Valor becomes a melee assassin, and that he needs something to balance that. Well, Valor already has that, it's called the ability to transform back into Quinn and go back to being a kitey ranged ADC with insane poke damage.
