Why does Malphite get to 1 shot me?

I'm getting pretty sick of losing in humiliating ways because of a malphite , he is always my #1 ban because Riot seems to have thrown the consept of what a tank is in the garbage. I'm a Vayne main, a 740k masterie vayne main, losing every single duel to malphite every game, regardless of who plays him. Vayne is supose to be a late game anti-tank, how is it that i try to fight malp, which by the fucking way has NO DAMAGE ITEMS RIOT, he slams hes dick on the R key and i get 1 comboed while stuned! WTF even late LATE LAAAATE game when i get a Banshees, it stops the stun but hes still dealing so much wtf is this game anymore, why am i getting 1 shot by a tank with no damage items?

I'm going to assume that it is because you have no defensive items.

Grab a Banshee's Veil relatively early (i.e. after two or three damage items) and his burst damage plummets.

Your damage will be slightly lower, but you will actually be able to survive long enough to use it.

In the case of the Malphite you played against, he had 60 CS (roughly 4 kills of gold) and three levels up on you. With that advantage, any champion is going to smush you horribly.

85 CS in a 25 minute game as an ADC is really, really bad.

Malphite's 143 CS wasn't great either, but it was still close to getting close to double yours.

Malphite is designed to hard engage on the backline...he's doing exactly what he's supposed to do....

Vayne may be a late game tank-buster...but Malphite is a part of the Anti-AD tank squad....He's designed to counter Vayne.

So basically this whole thing boils down to "Why does my counter always mess me up?"

malphite is actually a pretty broken champion, just a old champion design.

By all means he should have something like a .5 AP .3 bonus armor on his ult instead of a 1.0 AP ratio. That is a differnt issue though

But you might need to try getting a QSS in addition to the BV to contend with him.
