Crit vs. Lethality ADCs
Which ADCs are better with either stat?
Bonus question: what's the optimal build for both types?

Lethality is better early on works on spells, so caster ADCs (which coincidentally are normally lane bully ADCs) usually work better with lethality.
Crit doesn't work on spells (there are exceptions), doesn't give AD beyond one item, and you need to build a lot of it to make it consistent. So it's better on heavy AS focused ADCs and amps up late game when you get more of the stat.
TLDR: Casters should generally go lethality, AS/right clickers should go crit. Exceptions may apply (Mainly Ez and Corki).

I still like Crit Draven though. Is Lethality that much better than continually chucking axes?
In my experience, lethality Draven is nuts. Because your axes don't crit (I think, I never see them crit) and his main shtick is juggling them to cause damage, using a stat that also effects abilities just makes sense to me.
I'd try it out.
Huh, thought Q could crit. But what would be the best build for Lethality?
Ghostblade, duskblade, PD (cause damage resistance), edge, bloodthirster and boots.
But I'm not a Draven main so idk.
Yep it does.
The autoattack itself can critically strike.
The bonus damage from Q doesn't.
