Why does bot literally decide games?

I realize that everyone can play better to climb but there is no reason bot lane is doing so bad this patch. They either int or get fed and it's so annoying. Especially since I play top lane and tp got nerfed like 8 times last season. Bot lane is dropping 3+ deaths before 10 minutes almost every game and funny enough my enemy top laner never roams or touches another lane but gets to feed me and get carried because being a fed top laner is almost pointless compared to a fed mf, vayne,twitch or draven. Especially with support itemization effectively doubling adc HP and granting armor/mr. I duoed bot lane with my friend on a s4 account and literally a 76% win rate. we stopped playing bot and they start inting. Theres no reason why we can do it but no other duo can...

Well, 40% of your team is on the lower half of the map. And one of them is a carry so.......

Also with everyone running around with so much damage, can you really blame them for having so many deaths? As it stands, even frickin TEEMO can 1 shot you with a well placed mushroom and a decent amount of AP

I'd say cause the game is so snowbally now and that especially affects the botlane,considering that adcs are the most item reliant class in the game,meaning if youre behind you dont do any damage and can be killed by the enemy blitz support,if youre ahead you do tons of damage,that being said if one adc is 5/0 while the other one is 0/5 the power gap between them is felt considerably. Also botlane is 2 champs so it makes more sense for them to influence the game,and on the other note most of my games are decided equally,sometimes mid carries,sometimes jungle sometimes top sometimes bot and sometimes its the teamwork
