Flat ArPen getting nerfed prior to the run update is NOT bad for AP champions

In response to the current frontpage post: Yes, it's true that many AP champions run magic penetration. Yes, it's true that no AD champions run lethality.

But no, that does not mean that everything is in favor of AD champions - it simply means that AD champions already lost flat penetration in runes prior to the rune rework as lethality runes are god awful.

When it comes to changes as complex as these you just have to wait until it hits live in order to judge it adequately.
