Taliyah has fallen off because of the nerfs. Graves, Camille or Xin are sitting as the strongest right now. Or you can throw Elise on your list.

In Gold+:

Kayle, Heimerdinger, Teemo, Quinn, Pantheon, Wukong, and Jax are all above Viktor top.

Midlane is primarily made for mages, so no surprise there. * For ADC/APC, Heimer and Karthus are the top two right now but that's mainly because of Karthus' abusal of Dark Harvest which is getting nerfed soon. Aside from those two outliers, the next 10+ spots are all held for actual marksmen.

Support is again, primarily for mages and tanks, who occupy the top 20+ slots.
Jax, Shaco, Udyr, Rammus, Kha'Zix, Pantheon, and Vi are all the top junglers right now. Taliyah has/will fall out of favor because of the nerfs she's recieving. Graves is also an honorable mention because his 12% pickrate still has a 50.5% winrate.

I checked League of Graphs, champion.gg, and lolayltics. She's got a 50-52% winrate right now on all the sites. If you have evidence of her being worse, show me and I'll change it.

I also said this was Gold+, so take it with a grain of salt.

Oh I also see she is at an all time popularity low which means that more people playing Vi play her often skewing the results more.

look at her playrates, unpopular champions usually have decent winrates from mains shes not garbage rn but shes not that great above gold

xin camille and graves are the best jg rn, lucian is till the best bot laner, jax is still the best top laner, karthus is the best mid and an s tier top laner and thresh is the best support rn, getting sick of the mage qq posts theres only a few mages that are broken rn and thats dark harvests fault

APs are strong and getting stronger bc they are safe and do well with dual adaptive damage and dark harvest. Safe, consistent, positioning based mages like Vel'koz, Lux, Xerath, Ahri, Zyra, Brand, Morgana, Anivia and similar will only mostly rise.

The problem is they have TOO much burst. Once the stronger champs get there Nerfs, people will see. This happened thanks to riot removing MR runes plus putting all this damage in the rune mastery's.
