Conquerer or Lethal Tempo on Master Yi?

I am a little bit confused on which is better? I usually build Bloodrazor->Guinsoo->BoTrk-> Essence Reaver into armor items or GA.

With Conquerer I feel I overcap on attackspeed, wasting DPS.

Lethal Tempo possible drawback not that strong against tanks, though I feel the on hit effects procking more often due to very high attack speed is advantageous.

So which one do you think it's better early-mid-late?
