Yasuo's E needs an actual cooldown.

It's just way to spammable and annoying to deal with.

Sounds like it's working

I just think his double passive needs to be more balanced.

I think he should only get armor pen on those whom he knocks up. It's really annoying when allies don't dodge the tornadoes/knock ups and the whole team pays...

Everything that makes yasuo strong has REQUIREMENTS for it to be actually useful, save maybe his windwall and shield.

He can dodge almost anything with his E as long as he has you or one of your minions to start his dash.

In essence, you cannot hope to poke or harass him to keep him from farming.

Again, because his E has no cooldown he can just use it again and again to avoid anything thrown at him. He doesn't even need the Wind Wall.

If he is dodging every ability that you throw at him with your e, that's simply outplaying unfortunately. It can be frustrating for the other player, yes, but watching a GOOD yasuo player dance around is entertaining, just like watching a good Kalista dodge everything, even when it is incredibly frustrating. Sometimes you just have to say "Damn, I got outplayed there, they were better." And fix it.

it has a cooldown...

and i dont mean the .5 seconds of the ability itself.

Sweeping Blade Dashes through target enemy, dealing 70/90/110/130/150 (+0.6*AP) Magic Damage. Each cast increases your next dash's base Damage by 25%, up to 50%. Cannot be re-cast on the same enemy for 10/9/8/7/6 seconds. If cast while dashing, Steel Tempest will strike as a circle.

but oh wait! that means the ability actually requires you to pay attention to which creeps he already used to dash over. silly me.

Yeah it has a "cooldown" but its only relevant in lane after he's jumped on you. The fact that it lacks an actual cooldown means he can do that, then immediately (lets say he realized he dashed under turret) dash backward, assuming there's a minion there (and again, as this is likely landing phase, there probably will be)
