Can we please change that so Wind Wall starts blocking when fully formed?

Wind wall's on like a 20 second cooldown and it's the ability yasuos max last. Yasuo literally has to use it reactively, like as soon as you use an ability for it to have any value.

It would be way too worthless of an ability then, you use it to block something coming to you immidiately, not 1 second before it comes out of the enemy
