Hard stuck in gold elo.

I'm a mid lane main who plays yasuo very frequently and 70% of the time win my lane sometimes hard sometimes small i don't know what i'm doing wrong to not be able to carry my games my mid game is very weird as i find it hard to siege and find things to do i split push sometimes but my team engages 4v5s when i do and when i group mid im usually starved for cs from my adc farming my lane any help on how to carry and climb from gold would be great!

Edit: This is not a post complaining about how im stuck because of my team this is a post about generally wanting to get better at the game and learn to carry and snowball my leads
