something like 120ap + effect, and that was literally it. anywhere from 5% ~ 10%
an item that screams "i'm a mid laner, fear my damage, i'm the carry"

Personally I don't want AP assassins to have an item that just amps magic damage you deal and the damage received on the target.
Very Hard Engage1 votesdfg was removed because it was too core on anyone who needed to deal burst, while also adding in %health true damage with no draw back.
this item would be lacking cdr, amp only burst, and create a double edged sword. in addition its not true damage, also not an active.
it would also punish poor enemy team comps which found themselves lacking in magic damage.
coeurloyal1 votesI think it would find a really strong niche in AP assassins and artillery mages. I don't think many of the others would be able to afford picking it up because they're constantly at risk while they're fighting. Giving those groups an extra 5% more damage just for playing their champion properly would probably force out those entire groups of mids.
At least that's what I see happening in my head.
