fun concept: Combination items for mega late game to allow effectively extra item slots

So I had a quick idea

you know those games where everyone is sitting at full build for like 15 minutes and you have a full triforce worth of gold in your pocket no matter how many elixers you buy

what if, for 1000 gold, you could combine certain items to get a double item, no bonus stats, just another item slot effectively

Some ideas I had were

Quadraforce Mad King's Halberd Doomblade of Targon Peacemaker Eternal Waltz The forgotten Regalia Hurtbad Spellslinger's wand Mercury Hammer Witchcap or Catapult Frozen Mask

yeah I can imagine a million things, the idea is to A.) make late game a little more interesting and B.) Have something to do if you're still way ahead late but somehow can't end
