Good job riot balance in all things all right.

Xin jumps at least 5% in winrate in 1 day since patch released. He jumps 7% or more in bronze and silver, 5%+ in gold 4% in plat 5% in diamond and goes from 33% to 75% in diamond. His popularity jumps from 5.76% too nearly 19% in 1 day.

Numbers don't lie riot what the hell were you thinking?
