A Small Issue With The New HUD

I just played a game recently, and all was going well and dandy, and I went to go type "I like the new music" in chat, but then I realized that I wasn't about to send it to all chat, which I had wanted to do. I go to the bottom right of the chat, where the "Send All" button used to be, but it was no longer there. Is this part of the HUD now?

I was just wondering. None of the buttons are there anymore under the chat box.
