Negatron is gone?!

wow AP champs are going to be a bitch to deal with now especially at top lane. i feel bad for those people who have to deal with champs like ryze, maokai, swain, and vlad. no more negatron in general will make AP assassins so strong in the mid lane, i used to buy and early negatron against champs like lb, fizz, and akali to deal with their ridiculous damage, but now i cant so these champs are going to fuck me up.

(i just quickly threw together this thread so please dont chew me out on grammer and all that shit)

Just buy an even earlier Null-Magic mantle. Its cheaper now to buy things like Spectre's Cowl or QSS.

It's a lame nerf to early game MR which is stupid since a lot of AP champs have a very good early game.
I don't know how Riot makes these decisions. =.=

the problem is that i used to get 40 MR for not alot of gold to deal with mid lane ap assassins. now im forced to spend much more for items like the cowl to only get about the same amount of MR as i used to with 1 negatron.

The Cowl is more than just MR, plus it builds into a couple really nice items. I do know where you're coming from, but I'm not opposed to the change.

alright i guess thats fair but your gold is still going to mr at the samish rate, you could always buy two mantles or just balance defense with offense

i liked the fact that i would spend so little money for so much MR and then focus on damage for the rest of the match and then eventually build the negatron into SV if i had to. Negatron was just a good item to buy to survive lane or come out even against strong mid laners

well at this point i'd just say get over it its not THAT BIG A DEAL and in the end i think simplifying itemization overrides your concern

2 mantles imo would just be a waste of money because im not going to buy 2 MR items as well. yea i could always sell it later but im just trying to say i should not have to buy 2 in the first place

Everyone has there own opinions and for some reason i just can not put mine into words because im so speachless that they removed it XD. we will see if removing negatrong causes problems or if people will adapt to it as the season goes on.
