repeatedly telling botlane to stop feeding and play safe is apparently toxic
over and over again botlane dies to jungle ganks (in this case zac). who am I playing with? how are people incapable of learning patterns in gameplay? I play mid ryze mostly and my objective each game is to 1) make my laner irrelevant. whether by farm or kills. push them so far back that they don't dare leave under tower. 2) put map pressure in side lanes. number 1 I can control. I, myself, know how to play safe, know the limits of my champion, have an idea of where the jungler is. number 2 I cannot control. I cannot control how much bot/top/jg is feeding/losing in CS. the game slowly becomes a 1v5. there is actually little I can do to stop. the game is no longer "hey,, you can try to carry if you CS well and stay ahead of your laner". the impact in other lanes is so crucial to who wins the game. solo Q isn't really soloQ, its "Solo Q + 4 potential handicapped individuals".
of course after the 4-5th death you're an idiot. its incredible how people just DO NOT LEARN how not to die. I've put in hundreds of hours into dark souls and that game taught me so many things. one being to learn from death. you're bound to die in league of legends but what you make of that death separates good players from bad players. in dark souls if you can't learn from how you died then you'll simply not proceed to the next area until you do. league is the same way, except I've learned how to proceed but my 4 idiot team mates have not, preventing me from going onto the next level. there just has to be a different way to categorize people in different elos. I'm sure with how much money League gets there is probably technology to understand player patterns and match them with other players to place them in the same level of play. simple things like how often they ward as a mid laner, or how often they trade, or cs per min, or basing times. just simple things like that to separate good players vs lower tier players.
"lol its just a game, relax" yeah thank god its just a game. you make mistakes in real life you face REAL consequences. games emulate life with negligible consequences. i don't care how hurt people get when I call them stupid. that's the least I can do to make them actually use their heads. and if that makes me toxic, then i'll take it
