I get an honor basically 3/4 of the time and usually honor other players and I'm still only level 2 (last checkpoint).
What's the point of this system if it's just an impossible grind unless you cuckold to your team for honors? Like if I'm level 100 then I should at least be honor level 3. I've put in my time honey.
I kind of see it as a reward for being able to do something that's already kind of common courtesy. You can be respectable to your team without actually brown nosing or carrying games. You can get honors just by being a good teammate. It's how I got to honor 5....quite a while ago actually.
Though, if you've gotten into trouble before like leaving games or breaking a rule or something like that, things you shouldn't be doing anyway, then you're gonna have some trouble.
I'm level 98 with 1,000s of hours and I' just broke my dishonorable status from season 6.. they need to fix the honor system its horribly broken and unachievable for those that fall into the dark side of the pool.
I'm only level 56 and hit honor 3 Yesterday.
Level 90. Honor 5 for two seasons running.
The number of honors means far less than consistently not breaking the rules, because while not all toxicity warrants a punishment, it'll still fuck with your honor gains.
