Yasuo should not be able to spam around on minions this much

Give his dash charges or an actual cooldown or something. It's actually one of the most annoying things to even watch because it's so obnoxious looking.

I thought non mana moves were supposed to be gated by higher cooldowns or something and not this spam fest chimpanzee party.
