Last pick trolls and forces someone to dodge

Riot, this is pretty bad. I can understand why you would put in this system to keep away people who queue up only to dodge and then re queue, but this is just overkill. Not only does this punish honest players for no reason, but you also let the trolls win. The trolls goal is to make players miserable, and by forcing innocent players to dodge, those same players are treated with a game loss and kicked from the queue for 30 minutes. By keeping a system like this, you are essentially saying that the trolls are free to go and that the real honest players are the ones to take the fall for no reason.

This is a very counter intuitive system and it needs to go. A 5 minute ban on a game is fine, but the LP reduction is not. We don't deserve that. We are innocent players who wanted to avoid a toxic game with someone who maliciously wanted to ruin it, and you're punishing us instead of the trolls.
