Fizz banning is slowly increasing by the day

Fizz is seeing a resurgence because of the new Mage meta mid lane. Fizz used to not be picked heavily because it was mostly AD champs that went mid lane, and Fizz performed poorly against AD champs.

That being said, if he does get changed, he should have his Playful / Trickster's cooldown set to a solid lock that isn't affected by CDR, like 8 or 10 seconds.
