I have tried so many different tactics against this guy, but nothing seems to work well enough. The most I can do is go even in k/d but lose half my CS. If anyone has any suggestions, please share.

Mat7itan2 votesI've found ahri to work well because you can use her Q to quickly move out of range of his soldiers, she has a little bit of sustain, and if the azir steps out of position you can punish really well with charm.
redniwediS1 votesI don't know if it's helpful at all, but the best game I've had against Azir was when I saw one go top lane. I picked Nasus, rushed a spirit visage, and proceeded to not care about him at all.
Have you tried picking someone with a lot of sustain? I don't know how Vlad does mid lane, but he could be worth a try.
WinBoat1 votesIt's called picking Zed or so others have said, Pick Ziggs and just bomb his ass, or pick Viegar who should do quite well against him.
Maybe Leblanc who can probably wreck him.
SymbolicFear1 votesI shouldn't have to pick Zed against Azir every game. I hate Zed and its boring to play him cause he is just too strong. I should be able to have a diverse pool of options when I play against Azir, he needs to either get his range nerfed or his early harass nerfed even harder.
Narsicus1 votesI'm not a good azir or anything but the worst thing for me is enemies that can easily get in my face.
This is because after using a soldier to charge azir suddenly has moved his zone of control away from himself, so instead of running back away out of range you can run toward azir and he basically can only auto attack you.
So people like zed, yasuo, yi, talon, ecko, Diana, kassadin basically force azir on the defensive because if he wants to use his charge to oppress their lane then they have free reign to jump him.
Also enemies that have long range or safe farm just stay out of his range and ignore him. So Xerath, morgana, malzahar, etc just kill minions and ignore his presence.
Once again I'm a bad azir, but these are things that I find annoying and that I have found useful when going against enemy azirs.

IxtaliKing1 votesI've found Karma quite good at punishing Azir in the early game, when he moves his soldiers to attack, you can land an easy E-W-R-Q.
