Would anybody miss it if Anivia's Glacial Storm no longer slowed attack speed?

It only slows AS by 20%, which doesn't feel nearly as strong as, say, Malphite or Nasus. If anything, it feels like it's just excess, invisible power that could perhaps be taken out in favor of some compensation buff(s).

But I don't play Anivia much, so I gotta ask the mains if they'd hate it if Glacial Storm's AS slow were taken out.

No reason to change it. Eggnivia already good against assasins and since a lot of assasin are ad like zed it helps out.

Idk. The attack speed slow is sort of awesome. I see where the invisible power comes from though, and it's not like many people are tempted to sit in her ult and auto attack, so I could see it being reallocated to her power budget, but I can't really see what reallocation would be good without just outright making her too strong.

Short answer: It would detract from her strength.

Attack speed slows is still a good area of power, and Anivia's is both AoE, self-refreshing and potentially longer than the competition. Not trying to talk it up as being mind-blowing or anything but it is a valid area of power. And we should keep in mind it is greater than Randuin's and Frozen Heart's AS slow and people buy those for their passives.

But for "excess invisible-power", Anivia isn't the one that anyone should be worried about.
