Been seeing eve a lot lately is there a reason?

She hasnt really been too obnoxiously strong to my knowledge and the ones that I've had on my team or fought haven't been doing crazy well...? Eve is one of those champs that only becomes popular when she's strong right?

she has quietly been strong for a while ... people just over look her for lee, graves, ivern, sej elise

issue is she is feast or famine... and if she is feast she can flat out take over a game
