I've searched the board to see if there was anyone who mentioned this guy beside Ornn, Malzahar ,Ezreal ,Miss Fortune, Leona.
This guy has been on such a high winrate ever since his rework and there was 0 mention on this guy kit or anything thats wrong about him or why he has such a high winrate.
