If shield people are getting buffed then where is Sion's buff?

Karma Vladimir item 3504 Hecarim Malzahar Sona All got nerfed this patch. Bet you won't guess what they all have in common... EDIT But for real though, I just looked back at the patch notes and not a SINGLE champion with a heal/shield got buffed this patch. What are you talking about? EDIT 2 I take that back. Kassadin (with his weird magic shield thing) got a buff to not-his-shield, and Jarvan also has a shield that didn't get buffed, though he himself received one. I still don't get your point though, since those were the only 2 I found, and they weren't even good survivability buffs.
