Passive - Guerrilla Warfare: Teemo gains invisibility if he stands still for a few seconds without acting or being acted upon. He will remain stealthed so long as he doesn't move, doesn't act, or is displaced. If within a brush, Teemo gains stealth after a second even while moving and may move freely within its boundaries without breaking stealth.

  • When Teemo breaks stealth, he gains the Element of Surprise for 3 seconds, granting him bonus attack speed.

Q - Be Prepared: Teemo swaps to the next type of Dart.

  • Soothing Salve: Teemo's basic attacks can target allies, but not damage them. Units shot are slowed a small amount and gain a stack of Dazed each time they are hit, up to a cap, which is increased base on the target's max health. Once reaching the maximum cap, the target becomes untargetable for a breif moment as they fall asleep, being unable to do anything until they wake up or are damaged. While asleep, they heal for a portion of their max health, and once they are healed they wake back up, and if they are woken up early, they stop healing.

  • Toxic Shot: Teemo's basic attacks deal bonus magic damage and poison his target, causing them to take additional magic damage over 4 seconds. Subsequent attacks refresh the poison of Toxic Shot's and Noxious Trap's duration.

  • Blinding Dart: Teemo's basic attack causes their target's next attack to miss, while applying a stack of Blinding to them, which causes their radius of vision to decrease slightly. After Blinding them 4 times, they become Nearsighted and their vision is greatly reduced. Enemies can't be blinded again after the 4 shots for several seconds.

W - Swiftly! - Passive: Teemo has bonus movement speed when he hasn't taken damage for several seconds.

  • Fleet Foot - Active: Teemo rolls in a target direction, gaining a burst of movement speed that decays over a second. While invisible, Teemo can target near by bushes he hasn't been in, in the past couple of seconds. Targeting those bushes will cause Teemo to roll from bush to bush, without breaking his invisibility. When rolling from bush to bush, the cooldown of this ability is greatly reduced.

E - Noxious Trap - Passive: Teemo stores a Noxious Trap charge periodically, up to a maximum of 3 at once.

  • Active: Teemo tosses a mushroom trap on the ground, which camouflages and arms after 1 second, lasting up to 3 minutes. While armed, mushrooms grant sight around them. Mushrooms thrown on top of each other bounce on the previous one a short distance before planting. If an enemy steps on a mushroom, it detonates, poisoning them and slowing them, and dealing them magic damage over 4 seconds. Detonated Mushrooms cause them to Ping their location. Clustered Mushrooms only ping once. Noxious Traps can be destroyed from 2 melee attacks or 3 ranged attacks.

R - Be the Jungle: Teemo causes all of his Mushrooms to become bushes as well as traps. For several seconds, Teemo gains double the bonus attack speed from Element of Surprise. When the traps are triggered the bushes decay over a second.

The dash from bush to bush thing... i want it so freaking bad it hurts...

but the mushroom on a basic ability hurts worse...

I don't think traps belong on an ultimate.

Ultimates should be game changers, like turning the entire map into a deadly game of hot potato, as Teemo rolls around more than Rammus.

I think his mushrooms are annoying enough, and game changing for sure. As soon as teemo hits 6, every ADC has to watch their step, or they can die from stepping on 2 mushrooms. The rest of the rework is good though.

The poison would not be anywhere close to how strong it is now, but the damage is still there, so long as Teemo keeps hitting you with a Toxic shot, it will refresh both the Toxic Shot poison and the mushroom's poison.

Also the shrooms would be easier to destroy and not last as long.

I think that instead of having them easier to destroy, they should become visible when they are (blank) units away from a champion.

I think that this could add a higher skill cap than the current one to teemo because you would be able to set up paths of shrooms to initiate on an enemy by ulting and rolling thru the bushes to behind them. Could make for some amazing Level 6 Initiations Teemo

Teemo doesn't need a higher skillcap anymore than annie, ashe, sivir, and yi need higher skillcaps(that is to say, none of them need higher skillcaps).

I never said he needed a higher skill cap i said that it would add a higher skillcap to him

Teemo needs no rework. Teemo is a perfect champion. He can be played any way in any role. He's not really great at anything, but, hes kinda good at everything. He's simple, he's effective, he has no hard cc, he's great.

Teemo does have a few major problems. 1, his blind literally just stops certain champions from being able to do anything to him for 3 seconds. 2, one of his active abilities is strictly a passive that is nothing more than a damage buff that is possibly the most boring ability in the game. And 3, there is no such thing as perfect, and every champion needs a rework, even Xayah and Rakan will get reworks eventually.

Jax's e, fiora's w, malz passive, all stop certain champs from being able to do anything to them for a few seconds.

the most boring abilites in the game are probably either amumu w or karthus e. also, vayne's w is just a damage buff

Some champs do not need reworks. I understand that perfect is subjective, but, in terms of his kit, he's fine. There will always be instances where he may need buffs or nerfs, or even slight changes(His ult in season 5) but, overall, his kit is fine. It's healthy, it offers counterplay, it's interesting to play, and it can be played multiple different ways.

Jax is old and is also in need of a rework, and Fio and Malz can one stop a single thing.

Amumu and Karthus at least get to toggle their abilities, and with Vayne you can see it and it has a satisfying pop, while Teemo's Toxic Shots, they blend so much into the background that most people forget that the poison isn't on his actual passive.

All champions need reworks, there will never be a champion that will ever be the best it could be. There is always room for improvement, as perfect does not exist, and we should always be striving for perfection when it comes to this kinda thing.

Teemo only has 2 abilities that do anything. His Q is a point and click ability that is indistinguishable from his basic attack, his W is a flat and boring speed boost, his E is a flat and boring damage boost, and his R sets traps.

What's more fun in an MMO, a skill tree that gives you different active abilities that gives you fun ways to use your character and interact with the game, or just a ton of passive buffs and automatic spells?

If teemo needs a rework, it would be a "rework" like heimer, zed, fizz or shaco got, where they're essentially the same champion and do basically the same exact thing with all the same abilities, i suppose teemo could use something like that. His kit is fine though, and all his abilities do something.

SSmotzer1 votes

Well, Heimer did get a new ultimate. His first ultimate just upgraded one of his existing turrets into a better turret. Then the ultimate after that upgraded all of his turrets, so they hit harder and slowed, and now he has 3 ultimate abilities.

So if Teemo got something like what happened to Heimi, I would be happy.

Also no, Teemo's Toxic Shots don't do anything. They have no interaction to them, they have no stacking or visual element to it. It's just a straight damage buff, and nothing more, and that is the most boring active ability imaginable.

JhomasTefferson1 votes

Teemo's e isn't an active ability.

SSmotzer1 votes

Then why did you call it e? Presumably, it's because the e is the button that activates the ability, but pressing e on Teemo doesn't do anything, does it?

JhomasTefferson1 votes

It's labelled that by everything. Why call vayne's w called w? Either way, it's not an active ability.

SSmotzer1 votes

I'm not saying it's okay on Vayne either.

Tell me, if a champion only had passive abilities, but was really strong, would you be okay with that?

JhomasTefferson1 votes

No, but, there is no champ like that though.

and fair enough on the abilities thing. The e is technically a "basic ability" by name which is a passive ability. I think that having one of the basic abilities on a champ be a passive is ok. I would disagree however that teemo's w is a passive. It has a passive component, but, it's a steroid also. Subtle differences.

SSmotzer1 votes

I don't think a champion should have to sacrifice gameplay for power. There is Mundo, he has a Q, and the rest of his abilities give him passive boosts. Would you say Mundo is perfect the way he is now?

Yes, the speed boost does have an active component, but it has no visual element to it, and it's power is so drawn out that the impact it has is minor. If it worked more like Jinx's speed boost, with high speed that quickly decays, it would be interesting, but it's just a mild speed boost with nothing else to it.

JhomasTefferson1 votes

His e is an autoattack reset and his w gives him tenacity. Good shit.

This is actuallly so cool. I mean, I like teemo now, but with this he would be amazing
