Nocturne is also an assassin yet he didn't receive any changes

I mean he is ok right now but with the assassin update it looks like he'll get heavily outclassed since all the other assassins will have ways to do high damages on a long term while Nocturne is all about one rotation, one combo and leave (While Rengo .. Hurr Durr)

I still don't get why Nocturne's passive has not been buffed like Kha'Zix's, I mean his heal is ok early game but late game without any AD ratio it is completely irrelevant (26 per ennemy LUL). And we could see some CD buff on his ult maybe ?

I believe that the reason why he isn't get any changes in the Assassin update is because Riot considers him more of a diver than an assassin. The diver update is one being considered for the next update, so he may get something in mid-season 7.

Nocturne is a diver

the difference beteen "assassin" and "diver"

is assassins have a way to get in AND out but will die if they stay in

diver only have a way to go IN but are designed to stay in and fight and have the durability to live through it

so champs like Leblanc Zed Nidalee are all assasins becuase they can go in and deal lots of damage.. but if they don't immediately get out they will get destroyed

champs like Diana and Nocturne are divers becuase they can go in but they have shield/ cc/ spellshields and flat out better raw stats than assasins, yet they dont really have an escape skill

on that note.. Nidalee IS an assassin.. and she didn't "touched".. she pretty much got "spayed".
