Why does twitches stealth have to be so absolute?
He can just sit in it during laning phase and open at his leisure with first hit advantage
He can use it to run away even while being hit.
Other champs like 
have tons of conditions and can get knocked out of it
Getting close to 
, or actively hitting him doesnt matter, you only get a delayed shimmer effect
, 
have it tied to their ult cooldown
I see twitch get ahead in lane due to the contributions of his team and its over, he'll abuse stealth and snowball for free.
Other adc don't have that power spike when helped, so why does twitch get all this bonus power?
