On the Subject of Quinn changes

I, personally, think that the change to her Q is healthy for the game. That cannot be denied, as her early game was honestly really strong, and could be tones down. She's my favorite champion, and as such, I feel obligated to post my thoughts on her ults changes. I don't mind the whole "permachange" thing, like Nidalee or Jayce. However, if that's the way it is, I feel that they should either reduce the speed and duration of it, or change her abilites when in Valor form. That's the way it is with form changers. It would make her gameplay vastly more engaging and fun. And if neither of these things look good to Riot, then they could just put the ability back the way it was. All I want is for this champion to stay healthy, seeing as she is already healthy right now. The change to her ult just seems a bit unnecessary to me. But anyway, Yay for

I play Quinn quite a bit too. I personally don't know how I feel. I think the reduction on the blind is detrimental. If you Q Vault someone its possible that the blind would wear off before you shoot them. While I like the idea of her ult being for mobility, I'll have to play with it to see how I feel. Her losing out on that burst at the end of Valor really helped me make some clutch plays. That being said her pick potential is going to be absolutely dirty with the form changes as they are. She'll be a crazy split pusher. She's basically uncatchable. I guess the opportunities that this opens are just as exciting. I'm curious if these changes will make it through.

The changes are being pulled as they shouldn't have gone out. I'm guessing it was a scrapped idea that accidentally got pushed through.

it's at the bottom of all the changes. You'll see it, it's all scratched out. Their's also a link to the twitter post from a Rioter that said it was a mistake

omg, when I saw this post I was freaking out, thinking that they had changed my falconer, but then I saw that they had removed them.... Idk if the "stay Valor until recast" thing would really work, what would stop you from just staying as him, and selling your items to become a tanky, highly mobile, incredibly fast, melee fighter? It would kinda destroy Quinn's identity....

Why would you ever stay a melee fighter if they scratched the AS boost (which I assume they are, since it is not mentioned in the ult's tooltip)? Without the AS boost, Valor's main use is flying around the map, not being in the fights.
