Pre-Game Ping Estimation

My internet has shown to be unreliable, in that it relies on the people in my community to not be using the internet. This causes very high amounts of Ping in game, and I have a suggestion to fix this. Well, not "fix" it, but improve the experience for those who also have unpredictable internet problems. If, in-client, there was some sort of meter/number thing, maybe in the Summoner Profile page, that shows what your ping would be at that moment, in game. Just a little addition that would improve the experience for people like me. I bet there are tens of us. I don't know how large of an undertaking this would be, but I know it would hinder absolutely nobody, and only help. That's all I want.

Why won't you just use Run command ([Windows button]+R for a shortcut) and type in: "ping -t na.leagueoflegends.com" (without the quotation marks) or google.com or any other website.

You can see how it will roughly look in my attachment (though, for you it will say: "Reply from xxx.xx.xx.xx: bytes: xx time=xx ms TTL=xx"). I also colored the column that is important for you (the one it saying 'czas', which for you will show up as 'time').

Oh mind you that you will have slightly different ping to different websites, so stick with one website for checking it everytime.
