Bonetooth Necklace Bug

The "Link" is a joke, because I'm funny. But the title is for realsies. I played a Rengar game after the Rek'Sai patch and noticed that even after level 9, my Warding Totem from my Bonetooth Necklace was not up to par. Still the 60 second terrible ward. I just thought it should be known. Maybe it was just that one game, because I've seen nobody else talk about it.
