It's weird, because fears don't slow him.

Fiddle players say the best way to counter Yi is to wait for him to ult then Q him. He'll run away, but unslowed and at ult speed. Covers a crazy amount of distance in those 2.25 seconds, and by the time he's back it's too late.

ahri's charm does not slow, it reduces movespeed by 50% and makes you walk in a particular direction if you can see her

incorrect, it is a move speed reduction which does indeed mean you go slower, but it is not the status known as slow.

anyway. frozen heart passive. REDUCES attack speed by 15%. by your logic. it should work on yi. but it doesn't in highlander. different wording doesn't mean its a different thing.

So do fears, yet Yi does not move at reduced speed while feared. Either charm slowing yi duering ult is a inconsistancy, or fears not slowing him are.
